DESERT PROJECT

Blake, a combat veteran, urgently returns from Afghanistan to find out it’s too late to save his family. Abandoned by his wife, his family, and everyone else, he wanders through the night, into the day, back into the desert night again. Along the way, he meets an equally-lost soul, Riley, his last chance, his last gasp for air. But, he succumbs to a serious bout of post-traumatic stress disorder, as he slowly descends into madness.

ITALIAN PROJECT

This feature film, directed by Peter Greenaway, tells the story of an intelligent man whose last big adventure is very likely to be Death, but death through what we may call “natural causes”, if any cause can be described as natural. He wants to make his death elegant and sensible, fearless and forthright. He wants to make it with his eyes wide open. The man, who is infinitely curious and enjoys all sorts of symmetries, is portrayed by Morgan Freeman.

PROBABILITY

PROBABILITY takes place over a 24-hour period in the protagonist Jonah Martyn’s life. It’s a film about life, love and Los Angeles. It takes place over conversations and literary interactions, smart phone apps and heart attack, and, of course, California wine. Jonah, who seems to have it all, will lose everything in a single night.
